We Have Hot Dogs!
The Animal Adoption and Rescue Foundation is a Richmond, Virginia, non-profit, all volunteer organization founded in May of 1993. We help hundreds of dogs find loving homes each year. Many are rescued from kill shelters, off the streets or from abusive situations. Most need medical attention, all need food and lots of love.
In order to transport many of these animals we rely on our box truck. If you see it, you will recognize it! It has paintings of pups and paw prints all over it. The truck unfortunately has no air conditioning unit in it. The southern summers have once again proven to be so harsh and we are practically unable to haul all those wagging tails in it.
We need help raising money to put an AC system in! Any amount, large or small, helps . We are not choosy, we just want to be able to keep transporting our dogs to adoption events, from shelters and to their new homes.
Any extra funds raised will go to medical bills and for food for our friends!
